Wir sind Emilia und Oliver, zwei Fimemacher*innen, die sich für dieses Abenteuer haben begeistern lassen.
Ein einrädiger Wanderrollstuhl wird geschoben, der Schieberollstuhl gezogen, ein Duschrolli auf dem Rücken getragen, Nachtbeatmungsmaschine und Lagerungsmaterial verpackt…die Sonne, der Schweiß, der Durst – müde Füße und Rückenschmerzen als ständige Wegbegleiter.
Unsere Weggefährt*innen Fia, Dennis, Jasson, Mimi, Tobi, Franzi, Albrecht, Christian und Florian begeben sich auf ein wahres und mit Sicherheit unvergessliches Abenteuer. Auch wenn dieses waghalsige Unternehmen für Außenstehende als unmöglich abgestempelt wird, lassen sie sich nicht aus der Spur bringen. Eher im Gegenteil. Sie könnten unterschiedlicher nicht sein. Einer anders als der andere und trotzdem begeben sie sich gemeinsam auf dieses Erlebnis.
Auf dem Weg nach Santiago de Compostela werden wir unsere Weggefährten begleiten und haben vor, einen Dokumentarfilm über diese einzigartige Gruppe von Menschen, und ihr gemeinsames Abenteuer zu drehen. Wobei der Fokus auf alle Beteiligten gerichtet ist.
Warum wird heutzutage etwas Unvorstellbares gleich für unmöglich abgestempelt? Auf diese Frage ist unsere Antwort: Es einfach auszuprobieren.
Alles ist eine Frage der Perspektive.

Wenn ihr all eure wunderbaren impressionen zusammen gestellt habt und hoffentlich veröffentlicht, dann bin ich jetzt schon sehr gespannt darauf…… Christian bin ich vor der Reise noch begegnet und muss zugeben, dass ich genau so dachte, wie bilbo im intro beschreibt….. Und mein Bruder Eric, der mit Fahrrad seit Wochen auf dem Camino unterwegs ist, hat euch tatsächlich auch auf den letzten Kilometern mit seinem Fahrrad angetroffen….
